ROSCOE (M, 5 y/o) is a
puppy mill rescue who is simply terrified of people. From a
puppymill, he lived his early existence confined in a rabbit hutch.
This little orange sable Pom needs a lot of tender loving care with
someone who is home during the day to further his socialization.
