RASCAL (M, 10 y/o) is a tiny Yorkie who was used as a stud dog in a MO breeding facility. Almost entirely toothless, Rascal is totally precious and adorable to watch.  He is a very good boy who has to be seen!  He will be available for adoption after March 1st.
